Purple Haze
(Hylocereus undatus)
Purple Haze is a large sweet fruit with relatively few seeds. The fruit weigh up to two pounds, and they have a pleasant gape, kiwi-like flavor. This variety is self pollinating, and like all of the other magenta fleshed fruit it will set fruit on its own. This variety does have commercial potential, and it can be eaten fresh, juiced, or used as a garnish.
